Re-development of an existing business site on a steep hillside. The owner chose to keep, and remodel, one of the existing buildings, and demolish the rest. This project included challenging grading, retaining walls, underground storm water quantity and quality treatment, coordination with the Waukesha Water Utility, and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for utility crossings and connections on a State Highway.
